Before you start
You'll get secret words (a recovery phrase). These words are your wallet: anyone who knows them can take all your funds.
Write these words on paper, in order
Make sure nobody can see your screen. Don't take a screenshot.
Check you wrote them correctly
Type the requested words from your paper.

Restore a wallet with words
Enter 12 or 24 English words separated by spaces. They are checked on your device only.
Open an encrypted backup
Choose the backup file you downloaded from this page and enter its password.
The purchase log is stored on this device only and has nothing to do with your secret words.
Secret words
Whoever knows these words owns your wallet. Never send them to anyone or type them into any site or message.
Address book
After each send you can save the recipient's address with a name, so it shows up next time.
Incoming coin alerts
When coins arrive in your wallet you'll see a message when you open it. Enable browser notifications to also get them while the page is in the background.
